Restaurant owner Emir Boscatto has received multiple complaints about his chef from his front-of-the-house staff. When he brings up the matter, cocky, buff chef Sergi Rodriguez threatens to quit. But like most bosses, Emir knows how to use his authority to get what he wants, and he’ll use his most effective “tool” to win over the grouchy worker.
